Minimum 6 months of professional car washing or detailing experience preferred.

What are the requirements to join as a partner?
You must have a registered commercial registration (CR) in Bahrain, professional detailing equipment, and trained staff who can maintain MistriConnect's premium service standards. You'll also submit staff ID copies, vehicle registration, and an insurance certificate, and pass a quality-assessment wash before going live — see the Partner Agreement for the full onboarding checklist.
How does the dispatch system assign wash requests?
Our smart algorithm dispatches requests to partners closest to the customer's specified location, optimizing for drive time and fuel efficiency.
Are there any platform fees or commissions?
We take a transparent commission on each completed wash — currently defaulting to 20% for new partners, shown in your MistriSP dashboard. No listing fees, no setup costs, and no hidden portal surcharges. We give at least 30 days' notice before changing the default rate.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts are calculated and processed on our standard payout cycle (currently weekly), to the bank details you provide, less commission and any approved deductions. You can see a full itemised breakdown of every payout in your MistriSP portal.
Who's responsible if a customer claims damage?
Report your side of the story and any evidence promptly when a claim comes in. Upheld claims are your responsibility to resolve, through your insurance or directly with the customer — this is why maintaining valid insurance is part of the Partner Agreement.
Can MistriConnect suspend or end my account?
Yes, if there's a safety concern, suspected fraud, lapsed licensing/insurance, or a material breach of the Partner Agreement — usually with a chance to fix the issue first. Either side can also end the relationship for convenience with 30 days' notice. Full terms are in the Partner Agreement.
