Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms govern your use of MistriConnect as a customer, including as a driver on a company (fleet) plan, and the use of the company portal by Corporate Clients. If you are applying to become, or already are, a service Partner, the Partner Agreement also applies to you and takes precedence for Partner-specific matters. Where a Corporate Client has signed a separate written agreement with MistriConnect, that agreement prevails over these Terms for the Corporate Client to the extent of any conflict.
1. Definitions
- "Platform" means the MistriConnect website, mobile apps, and related services.
- "We", "us", "MistriConnect" means the operator of the Platform.
- "You", "Customer" means any person who creates an account, browses, or books a service through the Platform.
- "Partner" means an independent, licensed service-provider business (and its staff) that fulfils bookings through the Platform.
- "Booking" means a confirmed order for a Partner's service, placed through the Platform.
- "Corporate Client" means a company or organisation that has agreed with MistriConnect to pay for some or all washes for its drivers or vehicles (a "Fleet Plan").
- "Driver" means an individual who has been registered by a Corporate Client and has activated a seat on that Corporate Client's Fleet Plan with a Voucher.
- "Voucher" means the code issued for a single seat on a Fleet Plan, which a Driver uses, together with a one-time code sent to the Driver's registered mobile number, to link the seat to their account.
- "Wallet credit" means the MistriConnect balance shown in your account, which can be used only toward Bookings on the Platform.
2. About MistriConnect
MistriConnect operates an online marketplace that connects customers with independent, licensed service providers ("Partners") offering mobile car wash and related services in the Kingdom of Bahrain. MistriConnect facilitates discovery, booking, dispatch, and payment; the services themselves are performed by Partners as independent businesses, not by MistriConnect or its employees.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Platform.
- You must provide accurate, current information when registering and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password, OTP codes, and any device you use to access the Platform secure. Notify us immediately at support@mistriconnect.com of any unauthorised use.
- One account per person. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared.
- You can register with your email and a password, or sign in with Google. If you use Google, you are also subject to Google's own terms, and we receive only the basic profile details described in our Privacy Policy.
- Optional security features — Two-Factor Authentication (a one-time code on every password sign-in) and, in the mobile app, Biometric Login — are available in Settings, and we recommend turning them on.
- For your protection, the website signs you out after a period of inactivity, mobile-app sessions expire after a maximum period (currently 30 days), and changing or resetting your password signs your account out on other devices. You can review and sign out active sessions from your account's Security settings.
4. Acceptance of terms
By accessing our website or app, creating an account, or placing a Booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
5. Bookings, pricing and payment
- All prices are displayed in BHD (Bahraini Dinar) and include VAT at the applicable Bahrain rate unless stated otherwise.
- Package prices are "starts from" prices and may vary by provider, vehicle type, add-ons, and location. The final price is always shown before you confirm a Booking.
- Payment is required in full, by card, before a Booking is created — we currently do not offer "pay on completion" or cash on delivery for one-time Bookings or recurring plans (see Section 6). If your card payment does not succeed, no Booking is created and you are not charged.
- We do not process or store your full card details ourselves — card payments are handled by our licensed payment gateway partner under PCI-DSS-compliant infrastructure. See our Privacy Policy for details.
- Saved cards (optional). You may choose to save a card at checkout or under Payment Methods. The card is tokenized and stored by our payment gateway partner; we keep only the card brand, last four digits, and expiry date. By saving a card you authorise us to offer it for your future payments, which you confirm each time (your bank may require your CVV or 3-D Secure). Adding a card does not charge it. You can set a default card or remove a saved card at any time; removing it also deletes the stored token at our payment partner.
- Fils rounding. Prices are set in BHD to three decimal places, while card payments are processed to two. Any rounding difference (never more than BHD 0.005) is balanced in your MistriConnect wallet — credited if your card was charged slightly more, deducted if slightly less — so the total you pay always equals the Booking price.
- An invoice is issued for every paid Booking, and a single plan invoice for each paid recurring-plan cycle. Invoices are available in your account and show the card brand and last four digits used.
- If a completed, paid Booking is later disputed or charged back without a valid reason, we may recover the amount owed and may suspend the account until resolved.
- Wallet credit is a promotional and account balance, not a deposit or stored-value product. It has no cash value, does not earn interest, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and can be used only toward Bookings on the Platform, except where Bahrain law requires otherwise. We may correct credit added in error and may reverse credit obtained through fraud or abuse.
6. Subscriptions and recurring bookings
- Where offered, a recurring/membership plan covers a fixed cycle of washes (currently the upcoming 4-week period) on the frequency and days you choose. The full price for every wash in that cycle is charged as a single card payment, up front, before the plan is created — we do not charge you separately for each individual wash as it happens.
- New recurring plans are reviewed by MistriConnect before they become active. If we are unable to approve a plan, the full amount you paid is credited to your MistriConnect wallet, with no cancellation fee.
- You may edit a plan while it is pending approval or active. A change that costs more (for example, a higher-priced package or more washes per week) takes effect only after you pay the price difference; a paid plan cannot be changed to a lower-priced option — you may instead keep the plan, or cancel it under Section 7 and set up a new one.
- Once a cycle's washes have all been used, you can renew the plan for a further cycle from My Account; renewing charges the next cycle's full price the same way, as a single up-front payment.
- You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from My Account (see Section 7 for what happens to any prepaid washes you haven't used yet).
6A. Company (fleet) plans for Drivers
- Activation. To join a Fleet Plan you enter the Voucher your Corporate Client gave you and confirm it with the one-time code we send to the mobile number your Corporate Client registered for you. A Voucher is personal to that seat, may be used by one account only, and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. We may refuse or reverse an activation that appears to be unauthorised.
- What the company covers. The Corporate Client pays for the package, number of washes, and limits set out in its own arrangement with MistriConnect (for example, a set number of washes per calendar month and per week). Anything outside that cover (for example, a higher-priced package, add-ons, or washes beyond the limit) is charged to you at checkout, by card or Wallet credit, before the Booking is created. Company-covered washes have no cash value to you and are never refunded or credited to you in cash or Wallet credit.
- Where washes take place. Washes covered by a Corporate Client are performed at the Corporate Client's approved locations. The app selects these for you, and we may move a covered Booking to an approved location.
- Payments you make to your company. If your Corporate Client asks you to pay it for the plan (for example, a monthly amount deducted from salary or paid in cash), that is an arrangement solely between you and your Corporate Client. MistriConnect is not a party to it, does not collect or hold that money, and is not responsible for any dispute about it. Where your Corporate Client records such payments in the company portal, we use that record only to decide whether the company's cover is active for that month.
- Changes and ending cover. A Corporate Client may suspend, revoke, or reassign your seat, or end its Fleet Plan, at any time under its arrangement with MistriConnect. When that happens, company-covered washes that have not yet taken place are cancelled without any credit to you, and any further washes are at your own cost. Covered plans may renew automatically while the company's cover remains active.
- What your company can see. Your Corporate Client can see your name, registered mobile number, vehicle plate and model, and your Fleet Plan activity (wash dates, status, location, usage against its limits, and any payments it has recorded). It cannot see your card details or Bookings you make outside the Fleet Plan. See our Privacy Policy.
- These Terms continue to apply to you as a Driver. Any misuse of a Fleet Plan (for example, using a covered wash for a vehicle that is not registered to your seat) may lead to suspension of your account and the seat, and we may recover the value of the misused washes.
6B. Corporate Client accounts and the company portal
- Company portal logins are issued by MistriConnect to people a Corporate Client authorises. The Corporate Client is responsible for all activity under its logins, for keeping credentials confidential, and for telling us promptly when a user should be removed.
- The Corporate Client confirms that it has a lawful basis, and has given its Drivers any notice required, to share their details with MistriConnect and to receive their Fleet Plan activity, and that the Driver information it provides is accurate. The Corporate Client is responsible for its own use of Driver data downloaded from the portal (including reports and Excel exports).
- Driver payment records entered in the portal are the Corporate Client's own records. The Corporate Client is responsible for their accuracy and for its arrangements with its Drivers. MistriConnect relies on those records but does not verify them and accepts no liability for them.
- Fees, invoicing, payment terms, and any minimum commitment are set out in the Corporate Client's agreement with MistriConnect. Unless that agreement says otherwise, amounts paid for a Fleet Plan are non-refundable, and unused washes do not roll over or convert to credit when a period ends.
- MistriConnect's total liability to a Corporate Client in any 12-month period is limited to the fees the Corporate Client paid MistriConnect in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, except as Bahrain law requires otherwise.
7. Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds
- You may request to cancel or reschedule a Booking at any time before the assigned Partner has started the job — there is currently no minimum notice window. Requesting a cancellation does not cancel the Booking instantly: it is reviewed by our team, who confirm the cancellation and process any wallet credit. Once a job is underway, it can no longer be self-cancelled or rescheduled through the app; contact support@mistriconnect.com if you need help. Rescheduling (as opposed to cancelling) remains free of charge.
- Because Bookings and recurring plans are paid in full at the time of booking (Sections 5 and 6), an approved cancellation of a paid Booking — or the unused portion of a paid recurring plan — does not refund your card. Instead, the value is credited to your MistriConnect wallet as credit toward a future Booking, less a cancellation fee (currently up to 10% of the amount paid for that Booking, and shown to you before you confirm the cancellation request; this percentage may be adjusted by MistriConnect from time to time). We do not currently reverse charges back to your original card or payment method for self-service cancellations. This fee reflects costs already committed to the assigned Partner under our Service Provider agreements and does not apply where MistriConnect or the Partner is the one cancelling or unable to fulfil the Booking (see Section 5).
- If you believe a service was not performed to a reasonable standard, contact support@mistriconnect.com with details and, where possible, photos. We review quality complaints individually and decide the appropriate resolution (which may include a re-do, wallet credit, or another remedy) case by case, rather than under an automatic guarantee.
7A. Reminders and missed washes
- We send reminders before a scheduled wash (currently an email about 24 hours before and a push notification about 2 hours before). Reminders are a courtesy; please keep your own record of your Bookings. A reminder that is not received does not change your obligations under these Terms.
- If a wash has not been started within a reasonable time after its time slot ends (currently 60 minutes), the Platform may automatically mark it as missed. You can then ask, from the Booking, either to reschedule it (at no extra charge, subject to availability) or for a refund to your Wallet credit. Requests are reviewed by MistriConnect, whose decision is final.
- A refund for a missed wash is credited as Wallet credit, less any cancellation fee under our cancellation policy (see Section 7). MistriConnect may reduce or waive the fee at its discretion, for example where it finds that the Partner was at fault. Company-covered washes are handled under Section 6A and are not refunded to the Driver.
- A wash is not treated as missed, and no refund or free reschedule is due, where it could not take place because of you — for example, the vehicle was not at the address or map pin you gave, was not accessible, or access to the parking area was refused. MistriConnect may decide this based on information from the Partner, including time-stamped photos.
- Please raise any issue with a missed wash within 14 days. After that, MistriConnect may close the Booking.
8. Promotions and referral credits
Promo codes, referral credits, and other incentives are offered at MistriConnect's discretion, subject to the specific terms shown at the time of the offer, are non-transferable, have no cash value, may be time-limited or single-use, and may be withdrawn or adjusted at any time to prevent abuse (for example, self-referrals or duplicate accounts).
9. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate location, vehicle, and access details — including placing the map pin at the correct parking spot where the app asks for it — and ensure the vehicle or premises are accessible at the booked time. Delays or failed visits caused by an incorrect address or pin are not the Partner's or MistriConnect's fault.
- Remove valuables from the vehicle or service area before the service begins. Partners and MistriConnect are not responsible for items left in the vehicle or premises.
- Comply with your building's or compound's rules regarding third-party services in parking areas or common spaces.
- Treat Partner staff respectfully; abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards Partner staff may result in account suspension.
10. Partners are independent businesses
- Partners are independent, licensed businesses (or their staff), not employees, agents, joint venturers, or representatives of MistriConnect. We verify commercial registration, licensing, and insurance documentation, and monitor quality through ratings and spot checks, but we do not direct, supervise, or perform the services ourselves.
- Claims of damage or loss caused during a service must be reported within 24 hours with supporting photos through the app or to support@mistriconnect.com. Claims are investigated and handled with the Partner and, where applicable, the Partner's insurance.
- Nothing in these Terms makes MistriConnect a party to, or guarantor of, the underlying service contract between you and the Partner beyond the protections expressly set out here (the quality-complaint review and wallet-credit rules in Section 7, and damage-claim handling).
10A. Live job updates, photos and contact with Partners
- While a wash is in progress, the Platform shows status updates, the service checklist, and before/after photos that the Partner records. These are provided for information and as a service record. They are not a guarantee of the result, and the time stamps and photos may be used by MistriConnect to review complaints, damage claims, and missed washes.
- You consent to the Partner photographing your vehicle (which may show its number plate and surroundings) for this purpose.
- To protect your privacy, Partners see only a shortened form of your name and a masked phone number. Please contact your Partner through the in-app chat. Do not share personal contact details or arrange services or payments with a Partner outside the Platform (see Section 12).
11. Ratings, reviews and user content
Anything you submit through the Platform — reviews, ratings, photos, chat messages, or support correspondence ("User Content") — must be honest, lawful, and not defamatory, obscene, or infringing of any third party's rights. You grant MistriConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, and use User Content to operate, promote, and improve the Platform (for example, showing an anonymised or attributed review). We may remove User Content that violates these Terms without notice.
12. Prohibited conduct
You may not: circumvent the Platform to book or pay a Partner you were introduced to through MistriConnect outside the Platform; submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information; interfere with, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or other users' accounts; use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; or misuse promotions, referrals, wallet credit, or the quality-complaint process in bad faith. Violating this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where warranted, referral to the relevant authorities.
13. Intellectual property
The Platform, including its design, logos, text, and software, is owned by MistriConnect or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Platform except as necessary for your personal, non-commercial use of the service.
14. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies — for example, our payment gateway partner (card payments and saved cards), Google (Sign in with Google, maps and address search, push notifications and analytics), and the Apple App Store and Google Play (app downloads and updates). Tapping a service address in the mobile app opens it in Google Maps or your browser, outside the MistriConnect app; your use of that service is governed by its provider's terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, but we choose providers who apply appropriate security and data-protection standards.
15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
- The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by Bahrain law, MistriConnect disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform or the services performed by Partners, other than the express commitments in these Terms (including the quality-complaint review and wallet-credit rules in Section 7).
- To the maximum extent permitted by Bahrain law, MistriConnect's aggregate liability arising from or relating to a Booking, or your use of the Platform generally, is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Booking (or, for claims not tied to a specific Booking, BHD 50).
- MistriConnect is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts or omissions of Partners, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Bahrain law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold MistriConnect, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, immediately and without prior notice where warranted (for example, suspected fraud, safety concerns, or repeated violations of these Terms), if you breach these Terms or misuse the Platform. Suspending an account revokes active sessions and access. You may close your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account (confirmed with your password). Closure takes effect immediately and signs you out on every device. Any remaining wallet credit and any active recurring plan can no longer be used after closure, so please use your credit and cancel active plans first (contact support if you need help). Some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy to meet legal obligations.
18. Force majeure
MistriConnect is not liable for delay or failure to perform any obligation due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including extreme weather, public health emergencies, strikes, internet or power outages, or acts of government.
19. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or in Bahrain law. Material changes will be notified through the Platform (for example, an in-app notice or email) before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Dispute resolution and governing law
We encourage you to contact support@mistriconnect.com first so we can try to resolve any issue directly. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
21. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, (for Partners) the Partner Agreement, and (for Corporate Clients) any separate written agreement with MistriConnect, constitute the entire agreement between you and MistriConnect regarding the Platform.
